How to reset password if you don't have access

This guide demonstrates how to reset your Clear Books password if you don't have access to your account. 

A password with 8 characters is required. We recommend a strong password that cannot be easily guessed or that has not been used with other online services.

Always keep your login credentials confidential, never share these details with anyone. If you are an admin user, you can invite new users so that they can login to your Clear Books account with their own separate credentials.

Step 1.

Navigate to the Clear Books log in page and click on the Forgot? link.

Step 2.

Enter your email address and click send.

Step 3.

Click on the link within the email received.

Step 4.

Type in new password and confirmation.
