Why is my foreign currency feed not importing any transactions?

The "MTD Income Tax" plan is designed specifically for transactions in GBP and does not support our multi-currency functionality.


On this plan, you can only create bank accounts in GBP. Attempting to link a bank feed from a foreign currency account (e.g., EUR, USD) will be unsuccessful. Although the system may indicate that the feed has connected, no transaction data will be imported into Clear Books.


If you wish to record these transactions in your account, they must be represented as a converted GBP amount. Please export the relevant statement from your bank in GBP and then use our bank statement import tool to upload the file.
